    Shipping Time

    • Delivery within India usually takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
    • International shipping (if available) may take 10–15 business days depending on the destination.

    Shipping Charges

    • Free shipping on all orders (India only).
    • International shipping charges will be calculated based on destination and weight.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number to follow your order status online.

    Return & Exchange Policy

    We take great care to ensure the quality of our handcrafted Khadi products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to help.

    Eligibility for Return/Exchange

    • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
    • Only damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items are eligible for return/exchange.
    • Personal care and hygiene products, or customized orders, are non-returnable.

    Return Process

    1. Email us at mykhadifoundation@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
    2. Mention your order number and the reason for return/exchange.
    3. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with further instructions.

    Refunds

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
    • If approved, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

    Cancellations

    • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our customer care team.
    • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
