    • International shipping charges will be calculated based on destination and weight.

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number to follow your order status online.

    Return & Exchange Policy

    Eligibility for Return/Exchange

    • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

    • Personal care and hygiene products, or customized orders, are non-returnable.

    Return Process

    2. Mention your order number and the reason for return/exchange.
    3. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with further instructions.

    Refunds

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
    • If approved, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

    Cancellations
