At My Khadi Foundation, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely, safe, and eco-friendly manner.

Delivery within India usually takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
International shipping (if available) may take 10–15 business days depending on the destination.

Free shipping on all orders (India only).
International shipping charges will be calculated based on destination and weight.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number to follow your order status online.

We take great care to ensure the quality of our handcrafted Khadi products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to help.

Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
Only damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items are eligible for return/exchange.
Personal care and hygiene products, or customized orders, are non-returnable.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
If approved, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our customer care team.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
